Refund & Return Policy

At Funko Pop Fun Collections, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, items that have been opened, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items and, where stock is available, for incorrect items received.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
